Ezha Kurniasari, senior staffer of DAHANA’s Human Capital Development, shared valuable insights on job application strategies with Mechanical Engineering students at the Subang State Polytechnic (Polsub) during the Mechanical Student Discipline Training (LKMM) event. This session took place in the Polsub Mechanical Engineering classroom on Friday, February 7, 2025.
In her presentation, Miss Kurniasari covered various topics, including document preparation and tips for facing job interviews. She emphasized that opportunities are increasingly available to individuals from diverse backgrounds, provided they understand the labor market’s needs and meet the necessary qualifications.

Miss Kurniasari began the session by highlighting the importance of self-awareness before applying for a job. A wide network can create more job opportunities, especially for new graduates seeking their first experience in the workforce.
