President Director

Hary Irmawan

Born in Jakarta, Hary Irmawan earned a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in 2001. Mr Irmawan was appointed President Director of PT DAHANA by virtue of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises number SK-304/MBU/12/2024 dated December 16, 2024 on Dismissal, Transfer of Duties and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT DAHANA.

Mr Irmawan has more than 20 years of experience in Open Pit Metalliferous and Sedimentary Strata (Coal) deposits and has held various strategic roles in mining in Indonesia, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, Botswana, Australia, Eritrea and Malaysia. Previously, Mr Irmawan served as Head of Mining Technical Services (PT. Archi Indonesia Tbk.) & KTT PT Tondano Nusajaya Mine (Subsidiary of PT. Archi Indonesia Tbk) from 2020 to 2022 and Chief Operating Officer & Head of Mining Engineering of PT. Gorontalo Minerals from 2022 to 2024.

Director of Technology & Development

Yusep Nugraha Rubani

Yusep Nugraha Rubani has been appointed as the Director of Technology & Development at PT DAHANA, as per the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, number SK-304/MBU/12/2024, dated December 16, 2024. He previously served as the Director of Operations at PT DAHANA, starting January 4, 2023. Mr Rubani earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1992 and completed his Master’s in Management at Universitas Padjajaran in 2008. He has held several strategic positions within the company, including Deputy Director of Corporate Planning & Logistics in 2014 and received the Satyalancana Karya Satya Adhitama Award from PT DAHANA in 2015.

Director of Finance, Risk Management and Human Resources

Mohamad Nur Sodiq

Mohamad Nur Sodiq was appointed as Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resources of PT DAHANA by virtue of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, number SK-304/MBU/12/2024, dated December 16, 2024, on the dismissal, transfer of duties, and appointment of members of the Board of Directors of PT DAHANA. He earned his Master’s degree in Accounting from the Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN) and is currently completing a Doctoral program at Trisakti University. Previously, Mr Sodiq served as Director of Finance and Human Resources at PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) from 2013 to 2018, Director of Finance at PT Pelindo 1 from 2018 to 2020, Director of Finance and Risk Management at PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. from 2020 to 2021, and Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resources at PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) from 2022 to 2024.

Director of Operations

Abdul Haris Atbaro

Abdul Haris Atbaro lahir di Jakarta, menyelesaikan Pendidikan S1 Teknik Pertambangan di UPN Yogyakarta. Abdul Haris Atbaro diangkat sebagai Direktur Operasi PT DAHANA berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara nomor SK-304/ MBU/12/2024 tanggal 16 Desember 2024 tentang Pemberhentian, Pengalihan Tugas dan Pengangkatan Anggota-Anggota Direksi PT DAHANA. Sebelum menjabat sebagai Direktur Operasi, Abdul Haris Atbaro menjabat beberapa posisi strategis seperti Senior Manager Ops DKK pada tahun 2011 – 2013, Senior Manager Ops DTU 2 pada tahun 2013 – 2017 dan General Manager DTU 2 pada tahun 2017 – 2024. Abdul Haris Atbaro menerima Penghargaan Satyalancana Karya Satya Utama dari PT DAHANA pada tahun 2018.
