President Director

Syaifuddin

Syaifuddin was born in Sumbawa. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at Universitas Brawijaya and his Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasundan, then his Doctorate in Marketing Management at Universitas Pasundan. Previously, Syaifuddin served as Deputy President Director of PT Pindad from May 2023, President Director of PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia (2023), Director of Business Strategy of PT Pindad (2022), Acting President Director of PT Industri Nuklir Indonesia (2021), Director of Finance and HR of PT Industri Nuklir Indonesia (2021), Commissioner of PT Eltran Indonesia (2019) and Vice President Corporate Secretary of PT Len Industri (2019).

Syaifuddin was appointed as President Director by virtue of the Decree of Shareholders of PT DAHANA Number: SK-167/MBU/07/2024 and Number: 006/KRUPS/LEN-DAHANA/VII/2024 on the dismissal and appointment of members of the Board of Directors of PT DAHANA.

Director of Finance, Risk Management and Human Resources

Ahyanizzaman

Ahyanizzaman, PT DAHANA’s Director of Finance, Risk Management and Human Resources has been appointed as Acting President Director by virtue of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of PT DAHANA on the Appointment of Acting President Director number B/14/KOM/DHN/V/2024 dated 28 May 2024.

Ahyanizzaman is a Bachelor in Economics in Accounting which he obtained from Universitas Airlangga in 1991. During his career from 2004, he has extensive experience in national and international Financial Training, Corporate Governance & Leadership and many others. Prior to serving as Director of Finance, Risk Management and Human Resources of PT DAHANA in 2021, he served as Director of Finance of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero), Director of Marketing & Supply Chain, Director of HRD and Legal and Director of Finance for Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., and President Commissioner of PT Semen Padang.

Director of Technology and Development

Suhendra Yusuf Ratu Prawiranegara

Suhendra Yusuf RPN was appointed as Director of Technology and Development of PT DAHANA by virtue of Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises number SK-257/MBU/08/2021 dated August 4, 2021 on dismissal, change of position nomenclature, transfer of duties, and appointment of members of the Company’s Board of Directors Company (Persero) PT DAHANA. Suhendra Yusuf RPN is a graduate of Civil Engineering from the Islamic University of Indonesia, Yogyakarta. Prior to serving as Director of Technology and Development of PT DAHANA in 2021, he served as Special Sta of the Ministry of Public Works from 2005 to 2009. He received an award from the Ministry of Public Works for the successful acceleration of the construction of the Suramadu bridge in 2009.

Director of Operations

Yusep Nugraha Rubani

Yusep Nugraha Rubani was appointed as PT DAHANA’s Director of Operations by virtue of Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises number SK-2/MBU/01/2023 dated 4 January 2023 on dismissal and appointment of members of the Board of Directors of PT DAHANA. Yusep Nugraha Rubani graduated from Chemical Engineering school of Bandung Institute of Technology in 1988 and earned his Masters degree in Management from Padjadjaran University in 2008. Starting his career in 1995, he has got extensive experience in Strategic Sales Management Training, Marketing and many others. Prior to serving as Director of Operations, Yusep Nugraha Rubani held several strategic positions such as Deputy Director of Corporate Planning & Logistics in 2014 and was General Manager of the Oil and Gas Division from 2015 to 2022.
