PT DAHANA organized a socialization event for the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) to mark World Anti-Corruption Day (Hakordia) 2024. The event took place online via Zoom on Monday, December 9, 2024, and was opened by Bayu Anggoro, the Vice President of DAHANA Human Capital Management.
In his opening remarks, Mr Anggoro emphasized that DAHANA has implemented the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) in accordance with the Ministry of SOEs’ directives, specifically the Circular of the Minister of SOEs No. S-35/MBU/02/2020, dated January 10, 2020. This implementation aligns with Presidential Regulation Number 54 of 2018 on the National Strategy for Corruption Prevention.
“Previously, PT DAHANA collaborated with the Corruption Eradication Commission of the Republic of Indonesia for socialization efforts, and today we gather for the 2024 World Anti-Corruption Day commemoration held every December 9. These are crucial steps we must take to prevent and minimize corruption-related issues, ultimately aiming for their reduction or elimination,” stated Mr Anggoro.
For Hakordia 2024, the Corruption Eradication Commission chose the theme “Strengthen the Commitment to Eradicating Corruption for an Advanced Indonesia.” This theme highlights the need for a united commitment from all segments of society to combat corruption and achieve national development goals through three significant opportunities in Indonesia: the change of national leadership, the development of the New Capital City of the Archipelago, and progress towards Golden Indonesia 2045.
“The commemoration of Hakordia 2024 at PT DAHANA serves as a reminder to our team to remain committed to SMAP. We hope that SMAP is not merely a slogan or a certification and instead becomes an integral part of our culture at PT DAHANA,” added Bayu.
Assistant Manager of Legal and Corporate Governance, Fajar Pratama, served as the speaker for the socialization. He provided an update on the Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (FKAP) along with its organizational structure for the period of 2024-2026, as well as information about the ISO 37001:2016 certificate, which is valid from March 31, 2024, to October 4, 2026.
Mr Pratama also discussed updates on the personnel integrity pact, the anti-bribery commitment form for business partners, and the latest format of the anti-bribery due diligence questionnaire for business partners. He explained the differences between gratification, bribery, and extortion, along with the reporting mechanisms and protections for whistleblowers.
“The KPK has issued nine anti-corruption values that we must embody what is represented as “Jumat Bersepeda KK” which is short of the words jujur (honest), mandiri (independent), responsible (tanggung jawab), berani (brave), sederhana (simple), perduli (compassionate), disiplin (disciplined), adil (fair) and kerja keras (hard work). We should follow the example of the Minister of Religion, Nasaruddin Umar, who reported acts of gratification to the Commission of Corruption Eradication,” said Mr Pratama.
