Welcoming 58th Anniversary, DAHANA Gives Opening Ceremony of Olympics

PT DAHANA held an Olympic Opening Ceremony to welcome its 58^th anniversary. Director of Finance, Risk Management and Human Resources Ahyanizzaman and Director of Technology and Development Suhendra Yusuf RPN led the ceremony at Bale DAHANA, Subang, Wednesday, 24 July 2024.

In his speech, Mr Yusuf stated that the DAHANA Olympics activities are a form of implementation of AKHLAK core values, especially Collaborative values. The Management hoped that this activity can strengthen cooperation and collaboration among DAHANA people both at work and in daily life.

“We would like to thank the committee for organizing this event, and to all the participating employees here. We believe there is much meaning contained in DAHANA’s Olympic activities, one of which is a form of commitment to the core values AKHLAK,” said Mr Yusuf.

In addition, through the DAHANA Olympics, the management wished to create strong team building in each department and reduce personal egos to make sure in the end it can have a significant impact on company’s productivity, achievement of common goals, completion of all targets, and progress to DAHANA.

Mr Yusuf added that Olympic activities are closely related to DAHANA’s Arts and Sports (SENIOR) program which aims to create Work-life Balance for employees. The management strongly supports every program that can create a conducive work environment and bring prosperity to employees.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the 58^th Anniversary Committee of PT DAHANA, Wibowo Budi Santoso, revealed that the opening of the DAHANA Olympics was an innovation formed by the committee to realize the theme of the 58^th Anniversary which is “Innovation with Integrity” in hoping to make DAHANA people who have integrity in carrying out innovation activities within the Company.

“I hope everybody enjoys DAHANA’s Olympic activities in commemoration of its 58^th anniversary, while maintaining integrity in every match, upholding fair play and strengthening collaboration,” Mr Santoso said.

At the opening moment of the Dahana Olympics, Director of Education Mr SHC, Director of Technology and Development, Acting Press Secretary and Chief of Anniversary Committee paraded the Dolpin and the Bintang,  the icons of Dahana’s 58^th Anniversary, and mingled directly with all the participants in the Zumba party which was held afterwards. The DAHANA Olympics offer various sports competitions and games, which will take place from August to October 2024.
