The Ministry of SOEs of the Republic of Indonesia and the Holding Company DEFEND ID PT Len Industri (Persero) appointed Syaifuddin as President Director of PT DAHANA. The appointment is by virtue of Decree of Shareholders of PT DAHANA Number: SK-167/MBU/07/2024 and Number: 006/KRUPS/LEN-DAHANA/VII/2024 on the dismissal and appointment of members of the Board of Directors of PT DAHANA.
The inauguration ceremony of the President Director of PT DAHANA was held at the Office of PT Len Industri (Persero) Jakarta, on Thursday, July 18, 2024. In his remarks, Mr Syaifuddin, expressed his gratitude for the trust given by the shareholders. He wished to carry out the mandate as the new President Director of DAHANA well.
“We also ask for support from shareholders, commissioners, directors, and all DAHANA employees to make sure this company can establish itself as the best explosives company in Indonesia and is capable of becoming an important player in the world’s explosives supply chain,” said Mr Syaifuddin.
Prior to serving as President Director of PT DAHANA, Mr Syaifuddin held the position of Deputy President Director of PT Pindad from May 2023. Previously, Mr Syaifuddin also served as President Director of PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia (2023), Director of Business Strategy of PT Pindad (2022), Acting President Director of PT Industri Nuklir Indonesia (2021), Director of Finance and HR of PT Industri Nuklir Indonesia (2021), Commissioner of PT Eltran Indonesia (2019) and Vice President Corporate Secretary of PT Len Industri (2019).
Following the appointment of Mr Syaifuddin as President Director of DAHANA, the current composition of the Board of Directors of PT DAHANA is as follows:
President Director: Syaifuddin
Director of Finance, Risk Management and HR: Ahyanizzaman
Director of Technology and Development: Suhendra Yusuf Ratu Prawiranegara
Director of Operations: Yusep Nugraha Rubani
As is well known, the shift of leadership of a position, whether due to promotion or rotation in a company or agency is a common practice. This is in line with the demands and developments of the Company in relations with the refreshment and regeneration of management team.
DAHANA, as represented by Acting Corporate Secretary, Bayu Anggoro expressed his gratitude for the dedication and contribution of Wildan Widarman for his service past service for DAHANA as President Director.
