Tataliwargi PT DAHANA introduced the new Chairperson, Arum Manggarsari who is also the wife of DAHANA’s President Director Syaifuddin, replacing Besty Yulia Puspasari. The introduction of the new management was held at the DAHANA Campus, Subang, West Java, on Tuesday, on September 10, 2024.
In her remarks, Ms Manggarsari said that the Tataliwargi meeting this time was held in order to exchange ideas and information related to the needs, activities, and culture of the DAHANA women’s organization. The new management considers it necessary to listen to the voices of the existing management and members.
“Today, first of all, I personally would like to say hello, especially to those who have never met. As a new, member, I need some direction from you all since I believe that. please be guided, please be taught. Because I believe that each organization, each association has different habits, different procedures. God willing, as a new member, I will try to adapt to the habits of the DAHANA Tataliwargi women,”
Tataliwargi under Ms Manggarsari management plans to continue the beneficial programs existing in the previous management, especially those that benefit DAHANA women who are members of Tataliwargi.
In addition, Ms Manggarsari Arum emphasized that the existence of Tataliwargi cannot be separated from the role of the spouses who are entrusted to work at DAHANA. Therefore, the Tataliwargi organization also needs to create activities that can encourage husbands to improve their performance at DAHANA.
Ms Manggarsari added that Tataliwargi is intended to be acommitted to not being a place to gather without meaning, or even a place to gossip. Tataliwargi will be an organization that is not only beneficial to members, but also to the surrounding environment.
“So, the point is, ladies, we at Tataliwargi try to provide benefits to those around us, to employees’ wives, and also to the surrounding environment. The intention is not to just exist, not the intention to just gather without meaning, but as taught by the Prophet, the best human being is the most useful to others,” concluded Ms Manggarsari .
