PT DAHANA is holding the Dahana Singing Competition 2023, a singing talent search event for high school and equivalent levels in Subang Regency, West Java. The event that will be held during the 2023 DAHANA Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Week is a series of commemorations of DAHANA’s 57th anniversary. This was stated by the Chairman of PT DAHANA SER Unit, Eman Suherman in a radio broadcast on Benpas FM Subang on Tuesday, 19 September 2023.
Mr Suherman said that DAHANA SER Week program will be from 16 to 20 October 2023. The committee has prepared various events to support the 2023 DAHANA SER Week that ranges from educational, health, economic events, to appreciation of talented students.
“DAHANA’s SER Week is an annual routine program held ahead of the Company’s anniversary. This program is a form of the Company’s commitment to progress and develop together with the community, especially the residents of Subang. “We hope that this year more people will benefit from the SER Week program,” said Mr Suherman.
At the 2023 DAHANA SER Week, the committee organized coloring competitions and art creation performances for PAUD and Kindergarten levels throughout Cibogo District, counseling and provision of extra food for the stunting eradication program, group gymnastics, special edition BuRGer, Singing Competition, and Tabligh Akbar.
Meanwhile, the 2023 Dahana Singing Competition Committee head, Muhamad Risky Ceaser, said in the broadcast that the Singing Competition activity is dedicated to the young generation of Subang, specifically for high school students throughout Subang Regency. Through this program, he hoped that his team can explore the potential of talented singer the in Subang Regency.
The requirements for the Dahana Singing Competition 2023 are: Participants must be high school/equivalent students in Subang Regency, Participants fill in the registration link https://tinyurl.com/DHNSingingCompetition23, at the initial selection stage (audition) send a video singing 1 song in a free genre without accompanying music and sent to panhut.dahana@gmail.com.
“We hope that through this singing event, Subang Regency can find more singing talents, just as at that time Subang succeeded in producing talents such as Tina Toon, Lilis Karlina, and Nirwana Band. It is not impossible that in the future another excellent singer will be born from Subang,” said Mr Ceaser.
He also mentioned that participants who pass the Audition Round will be contacted by the committee to appear in the Spectacular Show Round on 19 October 2023 at the PT DAHANA Campus. The winner of the Grand Final will receive attractive prizes prepared by the committee.
