PT DAHANA gave the closing ceremony of the Dahana AKHLAK Score Improvement (DASI) program which has been running from May to end of July 2024. The DASI closing ceremony was led by the Director of Finance, Risk Management & HR, Ahyanizzaman at the DAHANA Campus, Subang, West Java on July 31, 2024.

In his remarks, Mr Ahyanizzaman stated that the DASI program is one of the Company’s efforts to internalize the core values of AKHLAK among DAHANA employees. The activity which lasted for two months was attended by all DAHANA employees in 6 batches.

“The AKHLAK implementation score at PT DAHANA still needs to be improved. Therefore, we hope that this DASI program can improve the AKHLAK score. We know that the score is not the one we are pursuing, rather, the AKHLAK that is embedded in DAHANA people through the implementation of high organizational values, especially in daily activities in the company,” said Mr Ahyanizzaman.

As for the implementation, the program is divided into an in-class program where participants meet face-to-face directly with the facilitator to get material exposure and discuss how the Company’s culture is related to the Company’s vision, mission, performance, personal performance and even to our daily lives, and the effectiveness of the implementation of the AKHLAK culture in the company.

Following the in-class program, participants get an Action Learning Program (ALP) by project and assistance in coaching & mentoring sessions every week in three meetings.

Mr Ahyanizzaman added that the DASI program is a form of the Company’s commitment to implementing the AKHLAK culture in accordance with the direction of the Ministry of SOEs and hoped that DAHANA employees at various echelon levels and departments can implement the given materials to ensure a strong company is created with AKHLAK core values to win the increasingly tight competition.

“Apart from that, we hope that AKHLAK can be implemented sincerely by each DAHANA person, not only in work but in daily life, so that the AKHLAK culture can have a wider impact on the development of the Indonesian people,” concluded Mr Ahyanizzaman.
