PT DAHANA is holding a singing competition “DAHANA Singing Competition 2023” as part of its 57th anniversary. This competition is an offer from the Indonesian explosives mecca company in search for singing talents among Subang Regency students. The 2023 DAHANA Singing Competition Spectacular Show round will be held at Bale DAHANA on October 19 2023.
Member of Organizing Committee Akhryan Eka Putra said that every year DAHANA holds a talent search event among Subang Regency students. After successfully searching for talent in the Waste Management Innovation competition last year, this year DAHANA is looking for singing talents.
“We believe that Subang has hidden extraordinary talents amidst lack of space for appreciation. “In the past, Subang succeeded in producing talents such as Tina Toon, Lilis Karlina, and Nirwana Band. It is not impossible that in the future another excellent singer will be born from Subang,” said Mr Putra.
Mr Putra encouraged students to take part in the singing competition organized by DAHANA. Apart from the awaiting prizes, winners also have the opportunity for exposure through the Company’s news.
The following are the requirements and how to register for the 2023 DAHANA Singing Competition.
- Participants are high school/equivalent students from Subang Regency

- For initial selection (audition), each participant must submit a video of singing 1 song in a free genre without any accompanying music.

- Deadline for registration and video submission is September 22, 2023
- Participants who pass the Audition Round will be contacted by the Committee for live appearance in the Spectacular Show Round on 19 October 2023 at the PT DAHANA Campus.
