PT DAHANA distributed aids in the form of worship facilities to several mosques across Subang Regency. DAHANA’s Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Supervisor Enok Eliyah directly led the Ramadhan Vibes 2024 Prayer Facilities Program which was on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
Ms Eliyah said that DAHANA wished that the people, especially in Subang, can carry out the Ramadhan worship solemnly, comfortably and safely. Therefore, the Company has the initiative to provide assistance in the form of prayer facilities needed by mosques.
“The aim of the Worship Facilities Program is to provide facilities so that people can feel comfortable in worship. We also want to build relationships, especially with local residents, through this program. Hopefully worship in the holy month of Ramadan can increase concern for each other and we can become better individuals,” said Ms Eliyah.
PT DAHANA’s SER group began handing over the aid at the Al Ikhlas Mosque in Kampung Dukuh II, Sadawarna Village, Cibogo District, Subang. Then the team continued their journey to the Al Hidayah Cikareo Mosque in Sadawarna Village, Cibogo District, Subang. During the trip, PT DAHANA’s team could see grateful smiles from each of the mosque management when the latter received the donation from PT DAHANA.
Next, the team went to the Al Bayinah Babakan Kondang Mosque in Pasanggrahan, Kasomalang, Subang, and ended at the Nurul Iman Cikareo Mosque in Sadawarna Village, Cibogo District, Subang. The assistance provided by DAHANA came in the form of wall paint, LED lights, wireless mics, and even fans.
Ms Eliyah thanked the mosque management who had been working together all this time and hoped that PT DAHANA’s assistance would be useful for the mosques so that the congregation could feel comfortable when carrying prayer at the mosques.
“It is our hope that this assistance from PT DAHANA can be useful, bringing comfort in worship, so that more and more people will return to worship and make the mosque prosperous. We also ask for prayers so that PT DAHANA remains a company that cares about the community, and continues to be an advanced and developed company,” concluded Ms Eliyah.
