PT DAHANA (Persero) held a Company Introduction and Orientation for Prospective Employees. This virtual event was officially opened by the Director of Finance, Risk Management and HR of PT DAHANA (Persero) Ahyanizzaman on Monday, August 30, 2021 and was attended by 26 prospective employees. The program will last for five days.
In his remarks, Ahyanizzaman hoped that Dahana’s prospective employees would develop good leadership attitude to make sure they could become leaders the company can rely on in the future and have the basic values of AKHLAK (Trust, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative) as well. Ahyanizzaman also gave tips to all the prospective employees on how to become top talent.
“To become a top talent, you need to develop several elements, namely 50% of characters with integrity, characters with working enthusiasm, characters with total completion of work; then 30% of them which is competence in term of knowledge and have skills, and the remaining 20% which is the willingness to collaborate in work,” said Ahyanizzaman.
Meanwhile, according to Ayudia Sasmaya Nazwar, the employee orientation committee from DAHANA’s Human Resources & Organizational Development Section, this OPP activity was different from previous employee orientation activities in some ways.
“This time, we held the employee orientation by means of a video conference, considering that we are still in the time of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). The prospective employees take part in employee orientation activities from their respective places of origin,” said Ayudia.
