The Police Center for Intelligence Training (Pusdik Intelijen) has expressed its appreciation to PT DAHANA for collaborating in the education of its students. This comparative study visit, which took place at the DAHANA Campus in Subang on February 6, 2025, involved 30 participants, including five accompanying officers and 25 students from the Intelligence Administration Service NCOs.

AKBP Mulya Adriano, Head of the Intelligence Firearms and Explosives Team, stated that the purpose of this comparative study visit to DAHANA was to enhance the participants’ understanding of the explosives industry. He emphasized the significance of collaboration between police educational institutions and strategic industries like DAHANA.

“Technical knowledge of explosives is crucial for intelligence tasks, particularly regarding production and security. DAHANA has proven to be a strategic partner in supporting the training of police personnel, and we greatly appreciate their openness and contribution to enhancing our knowledge,” he remarked.

Upon their arrival at PT DAHANA, participants received an overview of the Energetic Material Center (EMC) Model and learned about the superior products that have significantly contributed to the national defense industry and the commercial explosives sector.

Arfian, a representative from DAHANA, provided insights into the company’s history and its current development as part of the SOEs Defense Industry holding DEFEND ID. He noted that over the past decade, DAHANA has experienced rapid advancements in product and service innovation.

Additionally, Juli Jajuli, SM Legal & DAHANA Corporate Communications, welcomed the students and highlighted the management’s commitment to supporting education and training for strategic institutions like the police.

“Welcome to the students of the Intelligence Administration Service Sergeants and their companions. Although we refer to this place as a campus, it is not a university; this name stands for the Management Center Office. However, this venue has a spirit of learning and innovation that is equally strong for practitioners, academics, and other stakeholders in the explosives field,” Mr Jajuli said.

After a break for lunch, the group continued their visit to the production area in Plan Tour Ring 1, where they observed the Nonel production process and the associated product quality testing firsthand. This experience allowed them to witness how DAHANA maintains the highest quality standards in all its products.
