PT DAHANA (Persero), in collaboration with the Subang Religious Court and various relevant agencies, held the second wave of the Integrated Marriage Legalization Hearing (Sidang Isbat Nikah Terpadu) at the Ciasem District Sports Hall, Subang, on Friday, October 9, 2026. Part of the series of events marking DAHANA’s 60th anniversary, this initiative involved 60 couples from the service areas of the Kalijati, Patokbeusi, and Ciasem Offices of Religious Affairs (KUA) seeking legal recognition of their marital status.
This event follows the first wave of the Integrated Marriage Legalization Hearing, which was previously held on September 25, 2026, at Bale Dahana, Subang.
Through its Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program titled “SAH Bersama DAHANA” (Legally Recognized with DAHANA), the company assists the community in securing legal certainty for marriages that had not previously been officially registered with the state.
The program benefits not only the married couples but also supports the fulfillment of civil rights for family members, particularly children. Marriage registration is a crucial step in completing civil registry documentation and strengthening legal protection for the entire family.
PT DAHANA (Persero) President Director Hary Irmawan stated that the “SAH Bersama DAHANA” program reflects the company’s commitment to community welfare, as well as the future of families and the nation’s next generation.
“Upon receiving official documents from the KUA, wives and children will gain access to civil rights that were previously difficult to obtain. DAHANA is not merely helping one generation; we are also helping to ensure legal protection for future generations,” said Hary Irmawan.
As a continuation of the program, the third wave of the Integrated Marriage Legalization Hearing is scheduled for October 16, 2026, in Ciasem District for couples who have successfully passed the document verification process. Through the “SAH Bersama DAHANA” program, the company hopes that an increasing number of families living near DAHANA’s operational areas will secure legal recognition of their marriages and obtain complete civil registration documents. This initiative also reflects DAHANA’s commitment to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility by delivering tangible, sustainable benefits to the community.
