To commemorate its 60th anniversary, PT DAHANA (Persero) held an Integrated Marriage Legalization Hearing (Sidang Isbat Nikah Terpadu) titled “SAH (Legal Administrative Synergy) with DAHANA” on September 25, 2026, at Bale Dahana, Subang. This event is part of DAHANA’s Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program, aimed at helping communities near the company’s operational areas secure legal certainty regarding their marital status.
A total of 250 couples from the jurisdictions of 15 Religious Affairs Offices (KUA) in Subang Regency underwent administrative verification for the integrated marriage legalization hearings, which are being conducted in three waves. Eighty-three couples participated in the first wave of hearings on September 25, 2026, while couples who passed verification for the second and third waves are scheduled to attend hearings in October 2026.
This program was organized through a collaboration between PT DAHANA (Persero), the Subang Regency Religious Court, the Subang Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs, KUAs across Subang Regency, and the Subang Regency Population and Civil Registration Agency.
Mohamad Nur Sodiq, Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resources at PT DAHANA (Persero), stated that this program reflects the company’s commitment to delivering tangible benefits to the community.
“DAHANA will always strive to provide benefits to the community—not only through material aid but also by ensuring that residents achieve legal certainty and administrative order in the eyes of the state. Through this Social and Environmental Responsibility program, PT DAHANA (Persero) seeks to make a contribution that not only has a social impact but also fosters greater public awareness of and compliance with legal administrative requirements,” said Mohamad Nur Sodiq.
One of the participants, Hendra Gunawan bin Endang, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the implementation of the program. “We are grateful for this program. It is highly beneficial, and we are now officially registered with the state,” stated Hendra.
The Head of the Subang Religious Court, H. A. Havizh Martius, S.Ag., S.H., M.H., also expressed his appreciation to PT DAHANA (Persero) for its contribution in helping the community secure legal certainty through the implementation of mass marriage legalization hearings (isbat nikah).
As a continuation of the initiative, DAHANA will hold the second and third waves of the Integrated Marriage Legalization Hearings on October 9 and 16, 2026, in Ciasem District for couples who have successfully passed the document verification process. Through the “SAH Bersama DAHANA” program, the company hopes that more members of the community will gain legal certainty regarding their marriages and possess complete administrative documentation.
