The Inter-ministry Explosive Supervisor (Washandak) team paid a visit to DAHANA’s Karimun Site in order to carry out coaching and development of explosives industry on December 12-14, 2018 in Riau Islands.
The Ministry of Defence’s representatives, led by Edwin L. Napitupulu along with Bambang Agung, Operational Director, and Karimun Area Manager visited Mini On-Site Plant (OSP) and Down The Hole activities at Karimun Jobsite.
“The visit was to observe the production process of emulsion and DTH service process in the blasting site,” said Unang, DAHANA’s employee in Karimun Site.
Pursuant to Ministerial Regulation No. 5 of 2016 regarding Coaching and Development of Explosives Industry, the Inter-ministry Washandak, chaired by Directorate General of Defence Potential from Ministry of Defence, has the duty of coordinated, integrated, and planned field observation in order to carefully supervise the Explosives.
