The event took place at the PLUT-KUMKM Amphitheater in Subang Regency, West Java, on Monday, December 23, 2024, and was opened by Juli Jajuli, the Head of Legal & Corporate Communication at DAHANA.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Jajuli emphasized that this training signifies the company’s dedication to developing and enhancing the capabilities of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Subang Regency. He highlighted the success of several fostered MSME partners who have made strides in entering international markets.

“We have implemented various initiatives, including training, capital assistance, and increased access to the international market. The impact is evident, as more fostered MSME partners are advancing to higher levels, including those that have recently exported, such as Kaula Snack, which showcased its products in Pakistan. We hope that in 2024, all of your MSMEs will have the chance to elevate their status,” Mr. Jajuli stated.

He also stressed the importance of strategic planning for 2025 using the SMART criteria, which includes: Specific by determining what you want to achieve, Measurable or clear and measurable indicators of success, Attainable, realistic resolutions according to capacity, Relevant, focusing on targets that support the business mission, and Time-bound, providing a time limit.

Additionally, PT DAHANA encouraged MSME business operators in Subang to adapt to changing market conditions, especially the shift from traditional to digital marketplaces. Mr. Jajuli advised participants to prepare adequately to seize available opportunities.

Nanah Rukanah, the Head of Subang PLUT MSME, reported that several fostered partners, including Alam Sari, have attracted customers from outside Java. She expressed her hope for PT DAHANA to expand the number of fostered partners, as the company’s programs are deemed highly applicable for MSME development.

“As the Head of UPTD and the entire DKUPP Service, I would like to extend my gratitude to PT DAHANA for its significant contributions to the development of MSMEs in Subang Regency. I hope that DAHANA’s support will motivate the MSMEs it fosters,” Ms. Rukanah concluded.
