PT DAHANA organized a Leaders Talk in order to increase solidity and communication between management and employees to speed up the achievement of the Company targets. This talk was given in a hybrid way at the DAHANA Subang Campus, Jakarta Office, and project site employees in their respective regions on Wednesday, February 21, 2023.
President Director of PT DAHANA Wildan Widarman said in his speech that the Leaders Talk was part of a sharing series carried out by the Company to consolidate in order to achieve the company’s goal, namely Serving the Nation Better.
“Thank God, on this occasion the Leaders Talk event was able to take place. This is a series that brings together all Dahaners ranging from commissioners, where previously we had held a Working Meeting which was attended by commissioners, directors, up to echelon III. Today is special as we are able to meet face to face with the entire board of commissioners, directors and all employees to make sure we have the same goal to realize the Company’s ideals, namely Serving the Nation Better,” said Mr Widarman.
The Leaders Talk was held with the aim of increasing collective understanding of DAHANA’s 2024 theme, namely ‘Building Resilience Through Innovation: Resilient People with High Competitiveness’ by developing superior and tough DAHANA talents with a high level of competition.
Meanwhile, DAHANA’s President Commissioner Donny Ermawan Taufanto, who was also the Keynote Speaker, reminded all employees to have high fighting gusto to achieve and even exceed the Company’s target in 2024 as was done in previous years.
“We appreciate the performance of the board of directors and all Dahaners. In 2023, thank God, DAHANA recorded encouraging business performance. This year’s sales performance and operating profit recorded the highest achievement record throughout DAHANA’s existence,” said the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defense.
This Best Graduate of the Air Force Academy in 1988 also expressed his appreciation for the initiative of the Leaders Talk. According to him, learning from various experiences in military institutions, activities that bring together the leadership’s direction and the thoughts of the troops are very important to achieve common goals.
“As the President Commissioner, I appreciate this activity which brings together the leaders with all employees, to find out the leaders’ directions and hear the thoughts of the employees. Allow me to thank the board of directors and committees who have organized this activity. Hopefully this activity can be carried out regularly, especially by employees of the Subang and Jakarta campuses,” concluded Mr Taufanto.
After listening to the presentation from the President Commissioner, participants also received testimonials from the 2023 Outstanding Employees winners, such as Cecep R. Jayadi and Fikri Arief who had shown their best performance while working at the Indonesian explosives mecca company. The event continued with a Q & A session between employees and the company’s highest management, as well as a quiz prepared by the committee.
