PT DAHANA’s Director of Operations Yusep Nugraha hopes that participants of the Mining Safety Management System Implementation Training (ISMKP) can graduate with satisfactory grades. This was conveyed at the opening of the IHT ISMKP which was held online on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.
“To all fellow participants. This ISMKP Training is competency-based in with 13 (thirteen) Training Material subjects with a minimum passing grade standard. We hope that all of you can master each subject and pass all of them with satisfactory results,” said Mr Nugraha.
DAHANA is committed to implementing regulations such as the Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, Republic of Indonesia, number Per-2/MBU/03/2023 on “Guidelines for Governance and Significant Corporate Activities of State-Owned Enterprises” and the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Republic of Indonesia, number 1827 K/30/MEM/2018 on “Guidelines for the Implementation of Good Mining Practices” (Good Mining Practice, or abbreviated as GMP), and the Director General’s Decree number 185.K/37.04/DJB/2019 on “Technical Instructions for the Implementation of Mining Safety and the Implementation, Assessment, and Reporting of the Mineral and Coal Mining Safety Management System
Apart from that, for a state-owned company, implementation of IHT ISMKP is part of the application of good corporate principles in carrying out business activities at all levels of the organization. This activity is intended to provide competency to ensure the participants are able to implement Risk Management Control at each of DAHANA Project site.
Furthermore, the Implementation of IHT ISMKP by is a step by the company to achieve Good Mining Practice (GMP) in accordance with the guidelines of the Republic of Indonesia’s Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources’ (ESDM) Decree on “Guidelines for the Implementation of Good Mining Engineering Principles” which will be directly assessed annually by the ESDM Ministry at the GMP Award event.
Mr Nugraha added that the implementation of GMP at each project site worked on by DAHANA is a must. DAHANA is committed to achieving achievements in technical management, safety, environment, conservation, and mining service businesses.
“It is our direction regarding the technical instructions that you must carry out in the field (jobsite project). We hope that you can have the competence of the implementation of mining safety system. the SMKP Assessment and Reporting,” concluded Mr Nugraha.
The DAHANA’s IHT ISMKP DAHANA was officially opened by the Director of Engineering and Environment of Minerals and Coal/Chief Mining Inspector, Dr. Ir. Hendra Gunawan, Head of PPSDM Geominerba, Ir. Dwi Anggoro Ismukurnianto, M.Sc, Coordinator of Implementation and Infrastructure of PPSDM Geominerba, Dr. Raden Yudi Pratama, ST.M,Ed and other officials at PPSDM Geominerba.
