PT DAHANA invited the renowned national figure, Helmy Yahya, to speak at its first Town Hall event. The theme, “Be the Best Version of You,” was the focal point of Helmy Yahya’s address to employees at the DAHANA Auditorium in Subang, West Java, on Thursday, April 24, 2025.

During his speech, Hary Irmawan, the President Director of DAHANA, expressed his appreciation for the Town Hall initiative. He highlighted that this event could be an innovative way to boost the enthusiasm, skills, and creativity of DAHANA employees. He emphasized his hopes for the Town Hall to be a sustainable activity.

“We still have vast development opportunities, and we must utilize the best version of ourselves to think ahead and advance the company. Our goal is to progress together. Let’s make this moment a starting point for DAHANA’s bright future,” said Mr Irmawan.

Muhammad Helmi Faisal, the Head of the Town Hall Committee, reported that the event aimed to create a platform for attendees to share a collective spirit, grow, develop, and inspire each other. He encouraged DAHANA employees to reflect on their potential, uncover hidden strengths, and break through limitations.

“Let’s open our minds and hearts to the insights and inspiration we will gain today. May this moment serve as a catalyst for positive change and the first step in our limitless journey. Remember, the sky is not the limit—footprints have already been left on the moon. Let’s keep moving, keep learning, and keep going beyond,” said Mr Faisal.

In his presentation titled “Three Factors for Success,” Helmy Yahya emphasized that success is determined by three key factors: mindset, skills, and attitude. He explained how these elements work together to form a vital foundation for anyone aspiring to achieve success in life and career, especially in a rapidly changing world, such as the electric car industry in China.

“Success is not the result of a single factor; it is a combination of the right mindset, relevant skills, and a positive attitude. True success demands self-awareness, continuous hard work, and the ability to adapt to change. The key lesson from this meeting is that we hold the power to change our lives, starting with a shift in our mindset,” explained Mr Yahya.
