PT DAHANA has launched the D’NEXT program as a platform for developing the company’s young generation. The launch event, led by Hary Irmawan, President Director of PT DAHANA, took place at the DAHANA Auditorium in Subang, West Java, on Thursday, April 24, 2025.

Mr Irmawan emphasized that DAHANA’s top management is committed to making the company a learning organization. He acknowledged that the challenges facing DAHANA are becoming increasingly complex and dynamic. Mr Irmawan hoped that the young employees involved in D’NEXT will maximize their potential, which will ultimately enhance the company’s productivity.

“As we know, the young generation of the company will be the spearheads and vanguards of DAHANA’s future. Therefore, the establishment of D’NEXT is crucial for nurturing the potential of DAHANA’s young generation, solely to ensure that the company can advance and thrive in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment,” stated Mr Irmawan.

Juli Jajuli, General Manager of DAHANA Human Resources Management and one of the mentors of D’NEXT, added that the program is part of a series of organizational transformation efforts. Its goal is to share direction, inspiration, and renewed enthusiasm to guide DAHANA towards a better future.

“As a learning organization, members of D’NEXT are encouraged to collaborate, learn, and unlearn. Learning involves acquiring new knowledge, innovating, and improvising, while unlearning means letting go of outdated mindsets, cultures, or practices that are no longer relevant to current conditions,” Mr Jajuli explained.

D’NEXT signifies that the young generation of PT DAHANA is not only being prepared to become capable successors but also to drive transformation and foster innovation. The name D’NEXT reflects that DAHANA’s youth play a vital role in the company’s sustainability strategy, positioning them to build future competencies and leadership, and actively contribute to advancing the company in a modern and impactful direction.

Yulia Hikmah, Chairperson of D’NEXT, expressed her commitment to making D’NEXT a space for sharing knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm, facilitating the acceleration of capabilities within the company’s young generation. She also expressed gratitude to the management for their support of youth empowerment.

“We thank the company for always trusting young people to express themselves, learn, and meet our developmental needs. We hope D’NEXT can fulfill the expectations of DAHANA management as a training ground for the leadership of our young generation, enabling them to become reliable leaders in the future,” Ms Hikmah affirmed.
