PT DAHANA’ President Director (PD) Wildan Widarman emphasized the importance of the core values AKHLAK for all DAHANA people. He conveyed this during the halal bil halal event which was held in a hybrid manner at the DAHANA Campus Auditorium, Subang, West Java, as well as via a zoom meeting on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

Mr Widarman pointed out that that business in the explosives industry is very dynamic and sometimes unpredictable. The disruption era requires that every company be able to quickly adapt to survive as is the value contained in the AKHLAK core values.

“We have to admit that this year’s challenges are not any easier than last year. For sure we won’t let our company be disrupted by world advancement; instead, we must be agile and adaptive in navigating the dynamics of this change. Therefore, we must implement the message conveyed by the President Commissioner during the Leader Talks event some time ago,” he said.

In addition, Mr Widarman reminded FT DAHANA employees to use the halal bil halal activities as a way to strengthen ties among employees, forgive each other, and achieve a better life chapter.

“Let’s use the momentum of this Eid al-Fitr, especially this halal bil halal, as an opportunity to strengthen ties and also forgive each other. As humans of course we are aware of our mistakes, as the saying goes, ‘there is no ivory with no cracks on it’. Let’s open the door to our hearts to forgive each other,” said Mr Widarman.

Representing the management, the PT DAHANA’s President Director also expressed his gratitude to all employees who dedicated themselves to PT DAHANA’s progress. As is known, in the past few years, PT DAHANA has succeeded in recording positive performance.

“Still in the spirit of Eid al-Fitr, personally and also representing the management of PT DAHANA, I wish you a Happy Eid Al-Fitr 1445 H. We apologize physically and mentally. Taqobbalallahu minna wa minkum, shiyamana washiyamakum. May Allah SWT accept our Ramadan deeds, amen,” said Mr Widarman.

The event, which was attended by Directors, Commissioners, Tataliwargi and Dahana employees, also gave a Culture Insight session. Coach Agus Riyanto was the speaker of this Culture Insight who described the value of AKHLAK as a catalyst for change to continue to be better, and always provide benefits for companies, individuals and the surrounding community.
