PT DAHANA held the Peak of its 58th Anniversary Celebration under the theme of “Innovation with Integrity” at the DAHANA Campus, Subang, West Java, on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. The event took place in a lively atmosphere, with tumpeng cutting, musical performances, and delivery of awards to employees.
PT DAHANA’s President Commissioner Donny Ermawan Taufanto said that the anniversary celebration was a moment of reflection on PT DAHANA’s long journey in innovating, contributing to the nation, and maintaining the Company’s commitment to integrity in every step taken.
“The current theme of DAHANA’s anniversary Innovation with Integrity is a reminder that the innovations which we create must always be based on the values of honesty, responsibility, and high ethics. I am very proud of all the achievements that PT Dahana has achieved so far. This cannot be separated from the dedication and hard work of all employees and the support of shareholders, both PT Len Industri and the Ministry of SOEs,” said Mr Taufanto in his speech read by DAHANA Independent Commissioner Wahyudi Hidayat.
Along with the development of technology and industrial dynamics, PT DAHANA continues to strive to be a pioneer in the explosives industry, strengthen competitiveness, and provide added value to all stakeholders. However, DAHANA’s Board of Commissioners advised that every innovation carried out must be based on strong integrity.
Mr Taufanto added that in the future, DAHANA’s challenges will be increasingly complex. He hoped that all DAHANA people can continue to innovate, learn, and always maintain integrity in every action, and make DAHANA a superior company not only in terms of technology advancement, but also in becoming an example in the implementation of good business ethics.
On the occasion of DAHANA’s 58th anniversary, President Director Syaifuddin and Operations Director Yusep Nugraha pinned the Karya Satya Lencana award pins to Ahmad Fachruddin who has served for more than 20 years and Ramadona Setya Junjunan who has served for 15 years at PT DAHANA.
Apart from that, the Director of Finance, Risk Management, and HR of PT DAHANA also presented awards for Outstanding Employees in 2024 to Sonny Marindo (Operations Manager for South Kalimantan Area), Herdi Pramayudha (Legal and Corporate Governance Manager), Eddy Dharmawan (Operations Superintendent MHU Jsp DTU-I), Mutia Pratiwi Berampu (Commercial Product Customer Relations Supervisor), and Teguh Widodo (Operations Superintendent KHN Jsp DKK).
President Director Syaifuddin said that the company is very proud of the monumental achievements that DAHANA has achieved so far. He said that DAHANA’s achievements were the result of hard work, hard work, and smart work poured out by all DAHANA people.
“Employees are the Company’s most important assets. Without the contribution, commitment, and integrity of employees, PT DAHANA would not be in the position we have achieved today. For that, we express our appreciation to all employees for their hard work so far. Hopefully, with the spirit of innovation based on integrity, we can continue to grow and make even greater contributions to Indonesia,” hoped Mr Syaifuddin.
Similar to previous DAHANA anniversary celebrations, in 2024, the Company held a graduation ceremony for retired employees, among others as Benny Gunawan, Andri PK, Boni Erwin, Duryatmo. In addition, to commemorate the late Edwin Suryadika and the late Doni Prayudha who passed away while in service to DAHANA, the Company gave awards to their families.
The peak of the 58th anniversary celebration of PT DAHANA, enlivened by Ifan Seventeen, was also attended by Commander of Provincial Military Command III Siliwangi, PT Len Industri (Persero) represented by the Director of Business and Cooperation Wahyu Sofiadi, and the Director of Finance, Portfolio Management & HR Indarto Pamoengkas, while PT DI was represented by the Director of Production Batara Silaban, and representatives from PT PINDAD, PT PAL, Director General of Defense, Directorate of Defense, Air Force Research and Development Service, Suryadarma Airfield Commander and city leaders of Subang regency.
