The DAHANA Volleyball Team, known as Dinamit, recently hosted a friendly volleyball match against PT Trusur Unggul Teknusa, referred to as GreenTeams. This event aimed to foster friendship between the two companies and took place in a harmonious atmosphere at Bale DAHANA in Subang, West Java, on Friday, May 9, 2025.
Cipta Ismaya Kusumah, Senior Manager of Corporate Communication and TJSL at PT DAHANA, stated that the friendly match was part of the company’s initiative to promote warm communication with stakeholders. He expressed hope that the match would strengthen relationships among employees from both companies.
“Through this friendly match, we aim to provide the Dinamit team with valuable playing experience alongside GreenTeams, which boasts several talented players who have excelled in various competitions. Additionally, this event serves as an opportunity for employees to meet, socialize, and create productive connections that benefit both companies,” remarked Mr Kusumah.
GreenTeams includes several notable players with accolades from prestigious tournaments, including Bagus Kharisma and Anas Fauzan (Livoli), Muhamad Adjie and Ahmad Indra (PON DKI), Pranaza Hirzi (Chief of Police Cup), and Hilarious Galang (U21 National Team).
The DAHANA Dinamit Team was established on June 27, 2024, and is supported by DAHANA’s Arts and Sports division (SENIOR). The team name, “Dinamit,” reflects the company’s identity and its historical roots in dynamite production during the early days of DAHANA’s inception.
Furthermore, the name Dinamit is intended to inspire the team, composed of DAHANA employees, to make an impactful presence in competitions and ultimately achieve victory in tournaments and matches. The company provides full support, including training assistance and match funding.
Muhammad Ade Kurniawan, CEO of PT Abinaya Cahaya Semesta Indah and President Commissioner of PT Trusur Unggul Teknusa, expressed his delight at the match. He noted that the friendly competition not only united employees from both companies but also promoted a spirit of sportsmanship and a commitment to employee health and fitness, which is expected to enhance productivity.
