Tatali Wargi DAHANA presented awards to ten dedicated female employees at the Women Inspiration Award 2024 event, held in celebration of the 2024 Mother’s Day Commemoration. The awards ceremony took place at the DAHANA Auditorium in Subang, West Java, on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, and was attended by members of the Board of Directors.
In her remarks, Chairwoman Tatali Wargi, Arum Manggarsari, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the female employees of DAHANA for their multifaceted roles as employees, wives, and mothers. She recognized their significant contributions to the Company and their role in driving DAHANA’s progress and development.
“I would like to congratulate the winners of the Women Inspiration Award 2024. This achievement is a reflection of the dedication and inspiration you have provided. I hope you will continue to be role models and motivators for many others,” said Mrs Manggarsari.
The ten female employees who received the 2024 Inspiring Women award were Fitri Susanti (Quarry & Construction Division), Destyana (Human Capital Management Division), Muty Safri Desrini (Oil & Gas Division), Intan Ratnasi (Internal Supervisory Unit Division, Anggaria Maharani (Energetic Material Center Division), Deya Nadya Kemalasari (General Mining Division 2), Renny Kurniawati (General Mining Division 1), Ericka Noviananda (Corporate Secretariat Division), Yulia Hikmah (PPRP Division) and Nella Putri Solikhah (Finance and Corporate Division)
Fitri Susanti, one of the recipients of the 2024 Women Inspiration Award, expressed her gratitude for the recognition given by Tatali Wargi and the company. She emphasized that the award serves as motivation to continue contributing positively to the company, her family, and the community.
