PT DAHANA’s President Director Syaifuddin released Senior Manager Corporate Services Ogi Nugraha, Assistant Manager of Commercial Product Customer Relations for the Oil and Gas & Military Division Maman Durohman and Deputy Manager of Plant/Production JODB Asep Sudiheryanto who will step into Retirement Preparation Period. The release event was held at the DAHANA Auditorium, Subang, West Java, on Friday, August 30, 2024.
In his remarks, Mr Syaifuddin expressed his gratitude for the dedication and performance of the three employees with DAHANA. He said that the three employees who would soon retire can be an example of loyalty to the company for all DAHANA employees.
“My deepest gratitude to Mr Ogi Nugraha, Mr Maman Durohman, and Mr Asep Sudiheryanto. This is an example of proof of employee’s loyalty to DAHANA. These three employees have served Indonesia with DAHANA for a long time, namely over 30 years. We hope that you will always be successful wherever you are,” said Mr Syaifuddin.
Mr Nugraha started his career at DAHANA in 1993 as a Member of Har Telkom/Installation Affairs. Owing to his dedication, Mr Nugraha has been in various positions in the Company, such as CE/Danfo Production Manager, Operational Auditor, Senior Support Manager DTU, and was finally trusted as Senior Manager of Corporate Services.
Mr Durohman started his career as a Member of Pool/Harran Affairs in 1990. He was then assigned as SITE DTU Operational Staff, and his career continued to increase as Assistant Supervisor for Customer Relations of Oil and Gas Division, Supervisor of Customer Relations of DTM, to Assistant Manager of Commercial Product Customer Relations.
Mr Sudiheryanto started his career as a Production Unit Member, then was given the responsibility as DTU Operations Staff. He was appointed as as a Supervisor in several DAHANA Jobsite Projects, before finally being appointed as Assistant Manager for System Development, and finally served as Deputy Factory Manager/Production JODB.
Mr Nugraha also said that working at DAHANA was one of the blessings in his life that he was very grateful for. At DAHANA, Mr Nugraha got co-workers like a second family, who always collaborated and helped each other in completing various tasks from the company.
“Allow us to express our deepest gratitude to PT DAHANA. This company has been a part of our lives for more than 30 years. We hope that DAHANA will continue to advance and develop, fly higher, and become a world reputable explosives,” said Mr Nugraha .
The farewell event for the three employees who entered the pre-retirement period was also attended by the Director of Operations Yusep Nugraha, the Director of Finance, Risk Management, and HR Ahyanizzaman, and all Subang employees. Meanwhile, employees from outside Subang also watched the farewell event online via zoom meeting.
