Hary Irmawan, President Director (PD) of PT DAHANA, officially inaugurated the new Chairman of the DAHANA Workers Union (Sejadah) for the 2025-2027 term. Herdi Pramayudha has succeeded Ivan Angga Maulana. The inauguration ceremony took place at the DAHANA Campus in Subang on Friday, February 28, 2025.

In his remarks, Mr Irmawan thanked the previous management for their dedication and the strong cooperation established with the company. He emphasized that a good relationship between the company and the union is essential for the success and progress of PT DAHANA.

“I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to the previous management of the DAHANA Workers Union for their dedication and exceptional cooperation. A harmonious relationship between the Union and management has been effectively established, leading to a very positive impact on the company’s performance,” said Mr Irmawan.

Mr Irmawan also highlighted the importance of unity and collaboration between the Workers Union and company management in addressing future challenges. He noted that successful programs are clear evidence that strong cooperation benefits both employees and the company overall.

On this occasion, Mr Irmawan congratulated the new Sejadah management and expressed hope that they would strive to make even greater contributions and bring forth innovations that benefit both the company and its employees.

“Of course, the challenges faced during each management period are unique. One key issue is how we engage with Generation Z, who are now vital to the company, and how we navigate the dynamics among diverse generations. This will undoubtedly influence PT DAHANA’s future,” he added.

Herdi Pramayudha, the newly appointed Chairman of Sejadah for the 2025-2027 period, emphasized in his speech that the new management will ensure that every worker receives protection, welfare, and growth opportunities while fulfilling their obligations as part of PT DAHANA.

“In the future, we will encounter various challenges, both in terms of industrial dynamics and employment. Nevertheless, with a spirit of togetherness, solidarity, and effective communication, I am confident that we can navigate these challenges and strengthen the DAHANA Workers Union,” said Mr Pramayudha.

He also encouraged all employees to actively participate in the union, as the strength of the organization lies in the unity and involvement of its members. This collective effort will foster a better, fairer, and more prosperous work environment for DAHANA employees.

“Thank you for your support and trust. Together, we will build a robust DAHANA Workers Union, and I hope that under this new leadership, our organization can continue to grow,” he concluded.

With this inauguration, PT DAHANA hopes to strengthen industrial relations between the company and the Workers Union, enabling them to effectively address existing challenges for mutual growth and prosperity.
