PT DAHANA and the West Java Financial Development and Supervisory Agency (BPKP) held an exit meeting for the GCG assessment for the 2022 financial year. The result suggested that DAHANA managed to maintain its ‘Good’ title. The event was attended by the Directors, Commissioners and Counterpart Team of Dahana, West Java BPKP and Shareholders and was held in a hybrid manner at the Dahana Subang Campus on Thursday, 22 June 2023.

In his introductory remarks, the Head of West Java BPKP Representative, Samono expressed his gratitude for the contribution of PT DAHANA’s Counterpart Team in fulfilling the parameters of each aspect in the GCG assessments for the 2022 financial year. Mr Samono also conveyed several objectives of this assessment, including measuring the quality of the company’s GCG implementation, identifying strengths and weaknesses in GCG implementation, as well as monitoring the consistency of GCG implementation at PT DAHANA.

“Although PT DAHANA has achieved a ‘Good’ title, PT DAHANA as a company included in the defense industry holding must continue to make continuous and measurable improvements to realize better corporate governance in the future,” said Mr Samono.

Meanwhile in the welcoming and commentary session, DAHANA’s Director of Finance, Risk Management and HR, Ahyanizzaman appreciated the BPKP and Counterpart teams who had completed this GCG assessment. The implementation of this assessment is also a form of the Company’s commitment to good corporate governance practices.

“On behalf of DAHANA, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to BPKP and the team who have been working tirelessly on DAHANA’s 2022 GCG assessment, and have provided information on issues that we will correct immediately to achieve better results in the sustainable implementation of GCG,” said Mr Ahyanizzaman.

The same thing was expressed by the Commissioner of DAHANA, Wahyudi Hidayat. The Board of Commissioners would like to thank BPKP West Java Representative for the GCG assessment at PT DAHANA for the 2022 financial year.

“The achievement of this ‘Good’ title must of course be accompanied by a continuous evaluation of GCG implementation while still paying attention to PT DAHANA’s business conditions, to ensure that PT DAHANA’s business activities continue to develop and progress along with the implementation of GCG which continues to improve in the future,” said Mr Hidayat.

PT DAHANA’s 2022 GCG Assessment has been going on for 25 working days. The West Java BPKP Assessor Team assisted by the Counterpart Team formed by DAHANA works carefully to assess all aspects of the GMS, the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and other elements.

As the mecca of Indonesian explosives, DAHANA has a high commitment to implementing sustainable GCG. Mr Ahyanizzaman is optimistic, armed with AKHLAK’s core values, and the spirit to serve the country better. DAHANA can achieve the maximum score in the following year’s assessment.
