In a quick response, PT DAHANA handed over basic necessities to casualties of the landslide disaster that occurred in Cipondok area in Pasanggrahan village, Cisalak district, Subang regency on Sunday (07/01) at 18.00. PT DAHANA’s donation was handed over directly by the Head of PT DAHANA’s Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) unit, Eman Suherman to the Subang’s disaster mitigation representative at the refugee camp on Monday, January 8 2024.

Mr Suherman revealed that his team started preparing the aid the night before as soon as they had heard the news about the landslide in Cipondok Subang. The donation provided by PT DAHANA is a form of DAHANA’s concern for landslide casualties. 

“PT DAHANA’s is providing logistical assistance as an emergency response. We hope that this assistance can ease the burden on the casualties affected by this landslide disaster,” said Mr Suherman.

As the mecca for Indonesian explosives, PT DAHANA is committed to being present in various community problems, especially in Subang, one of which is by giving a helping when residents experience disaster.

This was conveyed by Mr Suherman during his visit to the landslide disaster location. According to Eman, the casualties the landslide need help from various parties in order to lighten their burden.

Apart from providing assistance to disaster casualties, DAHAN’s SER also focused on progressing and developing together with the community through various activities such as social activities, education, health, as well as improvement of the quality of Micro and Small Enterprises.
