To ensure that the process of internalizing the core values of SOEs AKHLAK runs well at PT DAHANA, the company’s Board of Directors invited ACT Counseling International – ESQ Group to conduct a Socialization of the AKHLAK Culture Health Index (ACHI) Survey which was held online on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
In his remarks, the President Director of PT DAHANA Wildan Widarman said, PT DAHANA had been internalizing the value of AKHLAK since 2020 in accordance with the Circular Letter of the Minister of SOEs number SE-7/MBU/07/2020. The Ministry of SOEs hoped that AKHLAK can become the identity and embrace of all SOEs to support continuous performance improvement.
“To make sure that AKHLAK can be well internalized as a corporate culture, we have an initiative to take a measurement called ACHI, so that cultural transformation can run as expected, and can identify areas of improvement that we need to work out together,” said Mr Widarman.
Mr Widarman added that, in the context of DAHANA as a member of a SOEs, the implementation of AKHLAK is a challenge as well as an important factor to support the company’s growth in a sustainable manner. He hoped that this corporate culture can run well and healthy to make a positive impact on work motivation, productivity, performance, and customer service.
“AKHLAK as a culture that we must share together. We are also aware that at DAHANA every week we listen to the anthem Indonesia Raya which has the sentence or expression ‘Wake up the soul’. It is therefore, so cultural development, soul development, culture is very important, “said Mr Widarman.
In line with the notion, Tri Wahyuni from ACT Counsulting West Java explained that the purpose of the ACHI survey was to identify the implementation of AKHLAK in DAHANA, the alignment between personal values and organizational culture, the health index of organizational culture, employee expectations and aspirations, and things that needs to be improved.
The survey process will be carried out from May 25 to June 7, 2022 by means of a survey form that has been distributed to all survey participants’ emails consisting of Permanent Employees and Professional Contract Employees.
