DAHANA organized an Annual Medical Check-Up (MCU) for all employees both at the Subang Campus and the Jakarta Office on November 13-14, 2024 with some adjustment for employees at the Job Site Project.
DAHANA’s VP of Human Capital Management Bayu Anggoro said that the annual MCU activity is a commitment to the Company’s concern for employee health and part of the employee well-being program. For DAHANA, employees are invaluable company assets, and therefore, employee welfare manifested in good health state is an important concern for the company.
“This event is attended by all DAHANA employees every year, with the hope of improving employee welfare, as well as increasing DAHANA people’s awareness of a healthy lifestyle. Employees in prime condition will certainly bring more productivity to the company,” said Mr Anggoro.
As for this year’s annual MCU, DAHANA employees received various health facilities such as blood, urine and eye checks; physical evaluations, electrocardiograms, x-rays, spirometry, audiometry and blood sugar checks.
In addition to health checks, the annual MCU also provides an opportunity for employees to consult with doctors regarding their health conditions and receive advice and actions that need to be taken to maintain good physical condition. All checks and consultations are carried out professionally while the confidentiality of employees’ personal information is strictly maintained.
Mr Anggoro advised that following the check-up, DAHANA employees can carry out the recommendations given by the doctor, maintain a healthy lifestyle with sufficient rest and exercise to make sure they can contribute to zero accidents at work.
“As is known, DAHANA is a company with extreme risks, as a consequence, the prime condition of employees is an important pre-requisite for the implementation of safe work. We hope that employees will be increasingly aware of the importance of health, by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, eating sufficiently, getting enough rest and exercise,” concluded Mr Anggoro.
