PT DAHANA celebrated Kartini Day 2025 with a variety of events, including a Regional Clothing Fashion Show Competition, Pap Smear Tests, a Webinar, and the launch of the DAHANA Woman Care program, along with enhancements to the lactation room. The event, led by Fera Churairah, Chairwoman of Tatali Wargi DAHANA, took place at the DAHANA Campus in Subang, West Java, on April 21, 2025.
In her remarks, Ms Churairah stated that Kartini Day serves as a reminder of the courage of Indonesian women in contributing to their nation and country. She expressed her hope that the commemoration would inspire female employees at DAHANA to unite and develop the company using their unique strengths.
“In the business world, women offer different perspectives, experiences, and approaches to decision-making, problem-solving, and innovation. This diversity is essential for enriching the company’s capabilities and fostering growth, as well as for the development of women’s potential. I hope this Kartini Day commemoration encourages us to be more dynamic, collaborative, and productive in our work at DAHANA,” Ms Churairah said.
The Regional and Ethnic Clothing Fashion Show competition was vibrant, with DAHANA female employees showcasing beautiful and meaningful regional and ethnic attire. After the judges announced the winners, Ms Churairah, along with other Tatali Wargi DAHANA administrators, presented prizes to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd winners among both male and female employees, as well as the 1st and 2nd runners-up among female competitors.
Additionally, DAHANA made significant upgrades to the existing lactation room, enhancing facilities for mothers who are breastfeeding. This demonstrates DAHANA’s commitment to providing a safe and comfortable space for female employees and guests.
The event also included Pap Smear Tests to support employee health, along with cervical cancer counseling from obstetrician-gynecologists in collaboration with Kimia Farma.
Ezha Kurniasari, a member of DAHANA’s Human Resources Management, expressed her happiness regarding the company’s initiatives for female employees. She emphasized the importance of supporting the launch of the DAHANA Woman Care program.
“I hope that in the future, there will be more facilities for us women at DAHANA, such as daycare for employees’ toddlers, to further enhance our well-being and contribute to the company’s productivity. Happy Kartini Day 2025,” said Ms Kurniasari.
In honor of Kartini Day 2025, DAHANA introduced the Woman Care Hotline program to ensure a sense of security, comfort, and confidence for women in the PT DAHANA workplace.
