Al Akhdar Mosque Administrative Council gave a Jumat Berbagi (Friday Sharing) Movement event which aims to provide assistance to residents in need around the West Tebet and East Tebet areas, Jakarta, close to PT DAHANA’s Jakarta Office. This event was held on Friday, July 12, 2024.
Chairman of Al Akhdar council Ismail Kurbani said that the Jumat Berbagi Movement is part of Al Akhdar’s Social Sector activities which are regularly held involving the Company’ younger generation. The Jumat Berbagi activity is expected to increase a sense of solidarity with people in need.
“We would like to thank all DAHANA employees, both those who have donated and those who were directly involved in distributing food aid to people in need. “May God the Almighty give the best reward to all of us,” said Mr Kurbani.
In this Jumat Berkah Movement, the mosque distributed lunch packages to residents. Mr Kurbani added that this agenda is held once a month on Friday with the aim of easing the burden of life and giving happiness to those who are less fortunate.
Meanwhile, Icha Mustika, who represents DAHANA’s millennial generation, welcomed the involvement of the company’s younger generation in the Jumat Berbagi movement as a positive thing. She said that by means of the involvement of DAHANA’s young people, the Company’s good values can be passed on to the next generations of DAHANA.
“Therefore, we also ask for prayers and support from the community wishing that DAHANA’s business can run smoothly, making all activities and business efforts easier for DAHANA’s further progress while providing wider benefits to the community,” Miss Mustika hoped.
