BANDUNG – PT DAHANA organized a Work Meeting on the Elaboration of the Company’s Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) for 2023. This year’s meeting, under the theme of “Building Resilience Through Innovation”, was attended by DAHANA’s structural officials and lasted from 2 to 3 February 2023 at the Hilton Hotel, Bandung.
In his remarks, the President Director of PT DAHANA Wildan Widarman said that the theme of Building Resilience Through Innovation originated from the Company’s current condition, and aimed to build resilience in the explosives industry and the defense industry through innovations carried out by all DAHANA personnel.
Apart from that, both domestic and global challenges faced by DAHANA in 2023 will not be easy. Therefore, Mr Widarman emphasized the importance of theme of the 2023 RKAP which was about resilience and innovation, so that it could become a guideline for the employees in waging through 2023.
“We believe that DAHANA’s employees are born with strong DNA and a winning mentality. So we add such potential with innovation. Because innovation is the key to make sure that our Company can survive, grow and develop in the future,” said Mr Widarman.
The agenda for the elaboration of the meeting comprised of sharing sessions from resource persons selected by the committee regarding the theme of the meeting. In addition, the three Working Groups (Pokja) that had been formed prior to the meeting also presented the results of the discussions, and listened to directions from the BOD. On the second day, participants attended a team building session and signed a 2023 commitment.
Also present at this Working Meeting were the Series A Shareholders represented by the Assistant Deputy for the Manufacturing Industry of the Ministry of SOEs, Liliek Mayasari; the Series B Shareholders, represented by the Operations Director of PT Len Industri (Persero), Tazar Marta Kurniawan; and the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and echelon 1 to 3 officials of PT DAHANA.

However, don’t get complacent, the next challenge awaits,” concluded Mr Widarman.
