Internalization of the core values ​​of AKHLAK at DAHANA goes on. To strengthen the foundation of change agents (AOC), DAHANA Management held an Up-Skilling training  the agent of change by cooperating with ACT Consulting. This virtual training was held on Wednesday, June 23, 2021.

 

As privided in the Circular Letter of the Minister of SOEs Number: SE 7/MBU/07/2020 dated July 1, 2020 on the Core Values ​​of Human Resources of State-Owned Enterprises, all SOEs including PT DAHANA (Persero) must apply the Values. The main value of AKHLAK serves as  the Corporate Culture.

 

According to the Head of DAHANA’s AKHLAK  Agent of Change, Y. Agus Setiawan, DAHANA’s Management has formed a Agent of Change Team, whose job, one of which, is to internalize AKHLAK’s cultural values.

 

“As for the related implementation, internalization is divided into several stages including Awareness (July – December 2020), Understanding (January – June 2021), Buy-In (July – December 2021) to Ownership (2022),” explained Agus Setiawan.

 

A couple of programs were launched during the internalization program, ranging from socialization with various media channels, Moral Day, Sharing Session with Alumni to up-skilling for agents of change.

 

The full day training was divided into three topics: ‘Why Culture Transformation’? ‘Challenges in Culture Transformation,’ and ‘What Are Basic Skills to Acquire?’ with Coach Ramdhani from ACT Consulting serving as facilitator.

 

In his presentation Coach Ramdhani  gave valuable tips and insight the agents of change in preparation for safeguarding the cultural change at DAHANA.
