PT DAHANA has distributed staple food to the members of the Indonesian Blind Association (PERTUNI) in Subang Regency. The delivery took place directly at the Pertuni Branch Management Board (DPC) Office in Subang Regency, West Java, on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
Eman Suherman, Head of DAHANA’s Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) unit , stated that the distribution of these basic necessities demonstrates the company’s commitment and care for the surrounding community, especially for individuals with disabilities like our blind colleagues.
“We hope these packages of essential food supplies can bring joy to our blind fellows as they observe their fasting during the holy month of Ramadan. We also ask for your prayers so that DAHANA can continue to grow and develop, allowing us to provide even more assistance in the future,” said Mr Suherman.
DAHANA’s relationship with Pertuni Subang has been long-standing, with DAHANA recognized as one of the companies involved in renovating the shelter for the blind and the secretariat of the Subang Regency Pertuni Chapter. Additionally, DAHANA has provided assistance to the blind on several occasions.
Throughout Ramadan 2025, DAHANA has organized various activities to support the local community, including distributing essential supplies, providing aid to orphans, renovating orphanages, repairing mosque facilities, offering incentives to caretakers and mosque administrators, and engaging in other social care activities.
Riyad Falah STP, Head of Subang Pertuni Chapter, expressed deep gratitude towards DAHANA for consistently supporting Pertuni members. He hoped that during this blessed month, both DAHANA and its employees will be granted abundant sustenance, long life, and many blessings.
