PT Dahana officially launched the First Cut Project Stock-Up Shale Services in the Clay Quarry and Limestone Quarry Operational Areas of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk’s Narogong Factory on Monday, June 8, 2026. This activity marked the start of PT Dahana’s Shale Stock-Up Project work to support PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk’s operations at the Narogong Factory.
The event was attended by Deputy President Commissioner of PT Dahana, Air Marshal Andyawan Martono Putra, S.I.P., M.Tr.(Han); Commissioner of PT Dahana, Brigadier General (Ret.) Rusdianto, S.Sos., M.Tr.(Han); Independent Commissioner of PT Dahana, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ganda Marihot Simangunsong, S.T., M.T., President Director of PT Dahana Hary Irmawan, Director of Operations of PT Dahana Abdul Haris Atbaro, Director of Technology and Development of PT Dahana Irwan Ibrahim, Director of Operations of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk – SIG Reni Wulandari, Director of Operations of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk Edi Sarwono, and the management of SIG and Solusi Bangun Indonesia at the Narogong Plant.
The event began with a report from the Director of Operations of PT Dahana, Abdul Haris Atbaro. In his report, Abdul Haris stated that PT Dahana had previously been trusted as a partner for blasting services at Solusi Bangun Indonesia’s Narogong Plant. This trust has now grown after PT Dahana successfully won the official tender to provide mining services for the Stock-Up Shale Project.
“The First Cut momentum we are carrying out today is not just the start of a project. For us, this marks the growing trust in Dahana to take on a broader role in supporting the operations of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. We are committed to carrying out this work by prioritizing occupational safety, productivity, and operational excellence,” said Abdul Haris.
For this Shale Stock-Up Project, PT Dahana aims to manage the work with the support of various key operational equipment, from excavators and wheel loaders to dump trucks. The presence of this Shale Stock-Up Project also represents a strategic step for Dahana in strengthening the company’s capabilities in integrated mining services.
In his remarks, PT Dahana’s President Director, Hary Irmawan, expressed his appreciation for the trust placed in SIG, particularly Solusi Bangun Indonesia’s Narogong Factory. He stated that achieving the First Cut of the Shale Stock-Up Project is an important milestone demonstrating Dahana’s capability and readiness to provide the best service to customers.
“The trust placed in Dahana is a mandate that must be fulfilled through the best possible performance. We hope the Shale Stock-Up Project will run smoothly and effectively, and most importantly, achieve our target of zero accidents. Safety remains our top priority in every operational activity we undertake,” said Hary.
Hary also emphasized that one of the greatest risks in mining activities comes from the use of vehicles and heavy equipment. Therefore, all personnel involved are required to always prioritize Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) aspects to ensure safe and sustainable work.

PT Dahana’s Independent Commissioner, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ganda Marihot Simangunsong, who has experience in mining and blasting, views this project as a strategic step in strengthening Dahana’s role as an integrated mining services provider.
“The trust placed by SBI to expand Dahana’s role into mining services is proof that the quality of our work has added value to our customers’ operations,” said Ganda.
Meanwhile, SIG Operations Director, Reni Wulandari, expressed her hope that the collaboration between SIG Group and PT Dahana would can continue to grow and provide added value for both parties, particularly in supporting the sustainable supply of raw materials for the national cement industry.
