On February 4, 2026, the R. Suryadi Suryadarma Air Force Base conducted a Base Defense Patrol and Riot Squad (PHH) training, along with the “Sarva Sakti” Basic Survival Training for Group 2 Helicopters, at PT Dahana in Subang, West Java.

This training was led by Air Marshal M. R. Y. Fahlefie, the Commander of R. Suryadi Suryadarma Air Force Base. It aimed to enhance personnel preparedness for securing national vital objects and improve the tactical and procedural capabilities of the troops.

The training simulated a scenario involving potential security disturbances in the PT Dahana area. The Company’s internal security personnel initiated the security measures, which were subsequently supported by the Riot Squad personnel from R. Suryadi Suryadarma Air Force Base. In the simulation, the situation was depicted as becoming less conducive, necessitating measured security responses, negotiations, and crowd control in accordance with established procedures.

Erwin Cipta Mulyana, General Manager and Corporate Secretary of PT Dahana, emphasized that this activity signifies a strategic partnership between PT Dahana and the Indonesian Air Force in safeguarding vital national assets.

“This exercise is a crucial step in ensuring the readiness of all parties involved, including internal security at the company and the national defense apparatus, to address various potential threats in a professional, measured, and coordinated manner,” Mr Mulyana stated.

In his remarks, Air Marshal Fahlefie reiterated that the purpose of this exercise was to train and evaluate the standard operating procedures and capabilities of the R. Suryadi Suryadarma Air Base units in managing possible contingencies.

“We would like to thank PT Dahana for facilitating this emergency response simulation exercise,” the Commander expressed.

This activity is part of a training exercise and field manoeuvre designed to enhance the readiness of the Indonesian Air Force’s PHH troops and PT Dahana’s security elements in protecting national vital assets. It does not represent a real event.
