Hary Irmawan, President Director of PT Dahana, was awarded The Best CEO 2025 at the Leadership Awards organized by SWA Media Group in collaboration with Dunamis Organization Services. The event took place on February 26, 2026, at the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta.
Mr Irmawan received the award in the category of Best CEO for companies with a turnover between IDR 1 trillion and IDR 10 trillion. This recognition was based on the results of The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership Survey, which evaluates leadership effectiveness through four key roles: building trust, creating a vision, executing strategy, and guiding potential.
