Continuing the Risk Management Week series, PT Dahana hosted a seminar focused on risk management specifically for operational and managerial staff, including Managers and Risk Officers. The event took place at the Dahana Auditorium in Subang on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, and marked the launch of E-Manrisk, an integrated digital risk management application.
In his address, Mohamad Nur Sodiq, Dahana’s Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resources, emphasized that risk management is not solely the responsibility of top management; it should be integral to every aspect of work. He expressed appreciation for the enthusiasm shown by millennials and Dahana staff who attended to enhance their understanding of the company’s sustainability strategy.
“Future business challenges require us to not only work hard but also work smart while considering all risks. I hope my fellow Managers and Risk Officers can use risk management as a guide in their daily decision-making, ensuring that every innovation we pursue has a solid and secure foundation,” Mr Sodiq stated to the participants.
Mr Sodiq also highlighted the importance of digital transformation in risk management, which was underscored by the launch of the E-Manrisk (Electronic Management Risk) application. This application is designed to simplify the process of identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in real time and in an integrated manner.
The event included a seminar titled “Risk Management Week: Risk Management as an Enabler of Strategy, Integrity & Sustainability,” featuring Antonius Alijoyo from the Center for Risk Management & Sustainability (CRMS). He shared theories and best practices in risk management, especially in the context of increasingly complex business challenges.
Additionally, Handoko Tomo, a member of the Risk Monitoring Committee at PT Dahana, emphasized the committee’s role in ensuring effective implementation of the risk management framework. He noted the crucial involvement of managers and risk officers, who are the frontline personnel dealing directly with operational risks.
“We at the Risk Monitoring Committee fully support this initiative. The introduction of E-Manrisk and the enthusiasm of our colleagues today demonstrate that Dahana is ready to advance to the next level. Remember, effective risk management not only protects company assets but also safeguards the lives and future careers of all our colleagues here,” Mr Tomo remarked.
This Risk Management Week series aims to foster a more agile and resilient work environment. With the insights from experts and the support of E-Manrisk technology, PT Dahana is optimistic that managers and risk officers will become agents of change, steering the company toward sustainable growth in the highly competitive defense industry.
