PT Dahana showcased its flagship Quarry Management service at the 2025 Mining Indonesia Exhibition held at JiExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, from September 17 to 20, 2025. This service provides an integrated solution for the quarry industry, focusing on efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Setio Budhianto, General Manager of the Quarry and Construction Division of PT Dahana, explained that Quarry Management encompasses all stages of quarry activities, from preparation and operations to product management.
“Dahana’s Quarry Management was developed in response to the experiences and challenges faced by the quarry industry. With this service, customers can reduce operational costs while increasing productivity,” Mr Budhianto stated during the exhibition on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
The Quarry Management service begins with land clearing and mapping, followed by site development and construction. This includes the creation of supporting infrastructure and the preparation of work areas to ensure smooth quarry operations.
Within the core phase, Dahana provides expertise in mine planning, loading, hauling, drilling, and blasting, all while adhering to high safety standards to achieve optimal rock fragmentation. The blasted material is then processed at a stone crushing plant to meet the specifications set by the mineral refining and construction sectors.
Management continues with stockpile management, which oversees the inventory of produced materials for efficient distribution. Dahana ensures that this process is implemented with a controlled system to support the smooth operation of its customers’ supply chains.
Mr Budhianto further emphasized that this service was developed from Dahana’s extensive experience in addressing field conditions and meeting customer needs for integrated quarry management services that deliver greater profitability.
“We offer an integrated quarry management concept that allows customers to focus on their core business while the Dahana team expertly manages all technical aspects,” he explained.
