Indonesia’s Ministry of State-owned Enterprises appointed new commissioners for three state-owned enterprises under the NDHI cluster, namely PT DAHANA (Persero), PT Inti (Persero), and PT Len Industri (Persero). The ceremony was held on the 6th floor of the office of Ministry of State-owned Enterprises, Jalan Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan, Thursday, 17 Mei 2018.
The Ministry was represented by its Deputy for Mining, Strategic Industries and the Media (MSIM), F. Harry Sampurno, meanwhile PT DAHANA (Persero) was represented by President Director Budi Antono, Director of Finance and Human Resource Asmorohadi, Director of Operation Bambang Agung, and Corporate Secretary Asep Maskandar and Commissioner Rizky Ferianto.
Succession of Commissioners was by virtue of Decree of Minister of State-owned Enterprises, Republic of Indonesia, number: SK-129/MBU/05/2018 on Termination and Appointment of Commissioners of PT DAHANA (Persero).
DAHANA’s commissioner Saud Usman Nasution was replaced by Rina Moreta. Saud Usman was transferred to PT Bio Farma (Persero) in his new assignment as commissioner.
Rina Moreta, who is currently Chief of Section of MSIM IIA at the State-owned Enterprises Ministry, said that DAHANA is one of state-owned enterprises with a good growth.
“I can see that DAHANA has grown well. As for the second quarter, DAHANA needs to catch up what was not completed during the previous quarter. DAHANA is good. However, it is expected to grow better and better,” she said.
During the event, PT DAHANA (Persero)’s President Director Budi Antono reported DAHANA’s first quarter progress to the Deputy of MSIM of Ministry of State-owned Enterprises. The meeting was finalized with the delivery of Ministry Decree to the newly appointed Commissioner, President Director and Commissioner. (yq)
