PT Dahana held a Tarhib (welcoming) Ramadan event to welcome the holy month of Ramadan 1447 H on Friday, February 13th, at the Dahana Mosque. This event served as a momentum to strengthen ties and strengthen spiritual values within the Company and the surrounding community.
The program was enlivened by the performance of the winner of the Subang Regency-level hadrah (Muslim music group) competition, which created a religious and lively atmosphere to welcome the blessed month. The event also featured a free MSME bazaar involving local businesses. The bazaar served as a platform for promoting and selling superior MSME products at no charge, while also strengthening synergy between the company and the surrounding community.
In his remark, PT Dahana’s President Director, Hary Irmawan, stated that Ramadan is the perfect opportunity to improve personal qualities, strengthen integrity, and foster a spirit of togetherness in the workplace.
“Ramadan is not just about personal worship, but also about strengthening the values of honesty, discipline, and compassion in our daily lives, including in carrying out our work mandates,” said Mr Irmawan.
Special remarks were also delivered by Yuli Merdekawati from the Subang Regency Kesbangpol (National Unity and Politics Agency), representing the Deputy Regent of Subang. In her message, she commended PT Dahana’s initiative in holding religious activities that not only building better spirituality but also strengthen the relationship between the company and the community.
“We appreciate PT Dahana’s consistent implementation of positive activities like this Ramadan Tarhib. It not only build up the spirituality of employees but also empowers local MSMEs and strengthens the synergy between the company and the Subang Regency Government,” said Mr Merdekawati.
The series of events was further enriched by a sermon delivered by KH Hilman Mobarok (Aa Rhoma). In his sermon, he encouraged all attendees to use Ramadan as a momentum for migration towards a better person, increasing good deeds, and strengthening brotherhood.
With this Ramadan Tarhib activity, PT Dahana hopes that all company employees will welcome the holy month with a pure heart, renewed enthusiasm, and a stronger commitment to making the best contribution to the company, nation, and state.
