West Bandung – PT Dahana strengthened its reputation in the construction sector by winning the Best Company award in the 2026 Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Month Commemoration. The award was presented by CDW JV Management at a ceremony in West Bandung on Thursday (February 12, 2026).
The award was presented directly by Mr Zhou Xinwei, Deputy Project Manager for ESHSS, to Galih Aji Sumbodo, Junior Officer of Marketing & Operations at PT Dahana’s Upper Cisokan JsP. This award recognizes PT Dahana’s implementation of the Environment, Social, Health, Safety, and Security (ESHSS) standard disciplines on the Upper Cisokan project, demonstrating a continued commitment to zero incidents and field risk control.
“This award stems from the team’s discipline in implementing OHS procedures. In the field, we prioritize safe processes alongside production targets, so project success is measured by the return of all workers without incident,” said Mr Sumbodo.
General Manager of the Quarry and Construction Department of PT Dahana, Ryan Noverie Pasoreh, emphasized that this achievement reflects an integrated OHS management system that adapts to the dynamics of construction projects.
“This represents Dahana’s collective commitment to making safety a core value, not an administrative routine. This recognition motivates us to strengthen synergy with stakeholders for more reliable, sustainable, and competitive operations,” said Mr Pasoreh.
This award marks the momentum of OHS Month 2026 as a reminder to the construction industry that project success depends on a strong OHS culture, which supports high productivity without compromising worker safety.
