PT Dahana has further solidified its role within the national defense industry ecosystem through an official visit from the Defense Management Education and Training Center (Pusdiklat Jemenhan) to the Dahana Campus in Subang on Tuesday, October 15, 2025. This visit showcased the training center’s commitment to enhancing collaboration between the education sector and Indonesia’s strategic defense industry.

Juli Jajuli, Dahana’s General Manager of Human Resources, welcomed the delegation led by Colonel Djoko Wibowo, the Head of Pusdiklat Jemenhan. In his remarks, Mr Jajuli emphasized the importance of cross-institutional collaboration in ensuring national defense independence and competitiveness.

Mr Jajuli provided an overview of Dahana’s history, which began with the Menang Project, initiated by the Indonesian Air Force (now known as the Indonesian Air Force). Over the years, Dahana has evolved into a key player in both the commercial and military explosives sectors and is now part of the defense holding companies Defend ID and Danantara.

“Dahana continues to innovate to support its business and strengthen the national defense industry. As a company rooted in defense, we believe that national progress can only be achieved through synergy. Therefore, Dahana actively seeks opportunities for collaboration with various institutions to build a resilient and sustainable defense ecosystem,” Mr Jajuli stated.

Colonel Wibowo expressed gratitude for Dahana’s significant role in bolstering Indonesia’s defense system through innovative explosives products. He highlighted the importance of the visit in strengthening the connection between educational institutions and the industry, which is vital for developing a robust defense network.

“Thank you for the warm welcome extended to Jemenhan by Dahana. We view Dahana not merely as an industry partner but as an integral component of a vibrant national defense system. We hope this visit will enhance the relationship between our institutions in developing an advanced defense strategy,” Colonel Wibowo emphasized.

During the visit, the Jemenhan Training Center delegation received a comprehensive overview of Dahana’s business lines, ranging from explosives for the mining sector to strategic support for the military. They also toured several of the company’s operational facilities located in the Subang area.
