PT Dahana, in collaboration with the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of West Java Province, conducted an Exit Meeting for the 2024 Fiscal Year Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Assessment at PT Dahana’s Head Office in Subang on Tuesday, March 3.

The meeting was attended by PT Dahana’s management, including President Director Hary Irmawan, Director of Finance, Risk Management & HR Mohamad Nur Sodiq, Commissioner Wildan Widarman, and Echelon I officials of PT Dahana. The Head of the BPKP of West Java Province was also present, along with the assessment team involved in the evaluation process.

Based on the assessment results, PT Dahana was awarded a “Good” rating for its implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). These results reflect the Company’s commitment to corporate governance principles such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness.

The Exit Meeting served as a platform to present the final results of PT Dahana’s GCG assessment for the 2024 Fiscal Year, which included the assessment scores, Areas of Improvement (AoI), and recommendations for enhancing corporate governance. This event aimed to ensure a shared understanding between the assessment team and company management regarding the evaluation results while reinforcing the company’s commitment to addressing the recommendations.

Hary Irmawan, PT Dahana’s President Director, stated that the assessment results provide momentum for the company to enhance its corporate governance practices continually.

“The ‘Good’ rating achieved in this GCG assessment motivates PT Dahana to strengthen its transparent, accountable, and integrity-based corporate governance practices. The recommendations provided will serve as valuable guidelines for us in pursuing continuous improvement,” said Mr Irmawan.

Wildan Widarman, Commissioner of PT Dahana, emphasized that strengthening corporate governance is essential for the company’s sustainability and credibility with stakeholders.

“Consistent implementation of Good Corporate Governance is vital for the company’s sustainability. We hope that the results of this assessment provide a foundation for PT Dahana to continuously enhance its governance and strengthen stakeholder trust,” said Mr Widarman.

Ikhwan Mulyawan, Head of the BPKP Representative Office for West Java Province, expressed his appreciation for PT Dahana’s commitment to conducting the GCG assessment process openly and constructively.

“We commend PT Dahana’s management for carrying out the GCG assessment process in a transparent and productive manner. The results demonstrate that the company has implemented good corporate governance, and we hope that the recommendations can be followed up to further strengthen GCG practices on an ongoing basis,” said Mr Mulyawan.
