Dahana has won two prestigious awards from the South Kalimantan Provincial Government. The awards were presented by the Expert Staff to the Governor of South Kalimantan for Government, Law, and Politics, Mr. Adi Santoso, S.Sos., M.Si., representing the Governor of South Kalimantan at the 2025 Occupational Health and Safety Seminar and Provincial Awards Ceremony held at the Novotel Banjarbaru Hotel on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
In his remarks, Mr Santoso expressed his high appreciation to all award-winning companies, including Dahana, for their efforts to maintain sustainable occupational safety and health, thereby achieving zero accidents in their operations.
“We appreciate and thank you all for your participation in implementing the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) program in the workplace in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We extend our appreciation to companies that have implemented OHS in a comprehensive and integrated way,” said Mr Santoso while reading Governor Muhidin’s remarks.
The awards were: the Zero Workplace Accident Award and the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control in the Workplace. The awards were handed over to Rizky Ardiansyah Fayyadh, the Person in Charge of Operations at Dahana at the Adaro Indonesia Jobsite.
Mr Fayyadh, who was present on behalf of Dahana management, expressed his gratitude for this achievement. He stated that this achievement demonstrates Dahana’s commitment to always prioritizing Occupational Health and Safety.
“This award is the result of the collaboration of all Dahana employees who consistently implement an OHS culture in every work activity. We believe that safety is the main foundation for achieving superior performance. Dahana will remain committed to ensuring that every employee works safely and returns home safely,” said Mr Fayyadh.
This achievement further strengthens Dahana’s position as a national explosives company that excels not only in technology and services but also as a pioneer in the implementation of Safety, Health, and Environment (K3L) in strategic industrial sectors.
