PT Dahana welcomed Air Marshal M. R.Y. Fahlefie, S.Sos., psc, the Commander of Suryadarma Air Base (Danlanud), at the Dahana Central Management Office in Subang on Monday, January 19, 2026. He was warmly received by Dahana’s President Director, Hary Irmawan.
Mr Irmawan expressed that Dahana, as a key component of national defense, is committed to supporting the operational needs of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI). This includes providing training facilities for the TNI AU Helicopter Group 2, based at Suryadarma Air Base, within the Dahana Energetic Material Center (EMC) area.
“We welcome the opportunity to provide maximum support for the upcoming training. We hope the training goes smoothly and achieves the desired outcomes. We are optimistic that this collaboration and synergy will continue to grow,” stated Mr Irmawan.
Air Marshal Fahlefie was not alone during the meeting; he was accompanied by Air Vice Marshal R. Endri Kargono, M.Han., the Commander of Helicopter Group 2, along with other officials from Suryadarma Air Force Base and Helicopter Group 2. The meeting focused on plans to utilize Dahana’s facilities and area for the air force training programs.
The Dahana EMC area, which is spacious and adheres to high security standards, is seen as an ideal location for various maneuvers and field simulations required by the Indonesian Air Force to enhance the professionalism of its personnel.
Air Marshal Fahlefie outlined several strategic training agendas to be carried out soon by the personnel of Suryadarma Air Force Base and Helicopter Group 2. He emphasized that the success of these training programs heavily relies on the availability of suitable and safe areas.
“We seek your support and cooperation regarding the training programs that will utilize Dahana’s facilities. We hope that with the help of these resources, the training can proceed safely and successfully, meeting the established objectives,” said the Commander of Suryadarma Air Force Base.
