PT DAHANA has announced the winners of the National Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Month award, recognizing those who achieved the highest scores during the judging period. The awards were presented by the committee at Graha Pindad in Bandung on Friday, February 21, 2025. DEFEND ID, as the Indonesian Defense Industry holding company, emphasized the importance of maintaining Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards among all holding members.
Yondra Feta Erizal, DAHANA’s Sulawesi Area Operations Manager, received the award in the Jobsite with OHS Culture Category. He expressed that the award reflects the collective effort of all JsP Semen Tonasa employees and the support from DAHANA management.
“We would like to thank DAHANA for the recognition given to us. This award represents the performance of our colleagues at JsP Semen Tonasa and the effective systems implemented by DAHANA management. We hope this will encourage all DAHANA employees across each unit,” said Mr. Erizal.
DAHANA’s Elemented Detonator Plant was honored in the Production Unit, Lab, and Warehousing Category for OHS Culture. Deris Rosyadi, Foreman of the Elemented Plant, represented his colleagues to receive the award in Bandung.
Additionally, DAHANA’s Human Capital Department received an award in the Office Unit with OHS Culture category. The award was presented to Ayudia Sasmaya Nazwar, Assistant Manager of Talent Management. Miss Nazwar highlighted the importance of OHS at DAHANA, given the extreme risks associated with the company’s operations.
