Two Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) partnered with PT Dahana, Alam Sari (a pineapple culinary business) and Dakey House (a craft industry), participated in the Indhan x JWALBLI Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Business Incubation Program. The event took place at D’Pakar Bandung, West Java, on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
The program, themed “Maximizing Webcommerce as a Means to Build a Strong Brand and Go Digital,” reflects the Company’s commitment to improving the economy and developing MSMEs. It is also part of the 2025 State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
Ade Patas, the owner of Alam Sari, shared that the materials provided during the program were highly relevant to the current needs of MSMEs. The presentations included topics such as design, copywriting, digital marketing based on artificial intelligence, and online store/web commerce, all of which are essential for elevating their businesses.
“We are deeply grateful to Defend ID, especially PT Dahana, for providing this valuable opportunity. This program is not just training; it is a significant upgrade for us. We hope that after participating in this intensive three-month incubation program, we can enhance our online store and further grow our business,” he stated.
The SER Indhan and jwalbeli.com program aims to equip MSMEs with a digital system and their own online stores that feature comprehensive functionalities, such as branding, a point-of-sale (POS) cashier system, inventory management, employee management, financial management, and promotional tools. The goal is to help MSMEs maximize their online stores, making their businesses scalable, growing, and sustainable.
Ismail Kurbani, the SER Manager at PT Dahana, emphasized that the involvement of these two MSMEs demonstrates the company’s commitment to improving the local economy. He is hopeful that these MSMEs can advance to a higher level and serve as a model for other partners.
“We see great potential in our fostered MSME partners, Alam Sari and Dakey House. Through this incubation program, we expect these two partners to scale their businesses and contribute to economic growth in Subang,” concluded Mr Kurbani.
