PT Dahana organized Vendor Day 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan on February 12, 2026. The event served as a strategic opportunity to strengthen long-term partnerships and collaborations with goods and service providers.
Under the theme of “Empowering Innovation through Sustainable Collaboration,” Vendor Day 2026 aimed not only as a gathering event but also as a forum for two-way communication between PT Dahana and its partners. By means of this activity, the Company aligned its procurement strategy, presented its policy direction, evaluated its performance, and strengthened its understanding of applicable governance, safety, and compliance standards.
In his remarks, Director of Technology and Development of PT Dahana, Yusep Nugraha Rubani , explained that Vendor Day is part of the company’s commitment to building a healthy, transparent, and competitive supply chain ecosystem.
“We present Vendor Day as an open space for discussion, alignment of perceptions, and strengthening trust. We want to ensure that all partners are aware of the direction of the Company’s transformation, the standards we implement, and the collaboration opportunities we can develop together. Sturdy partnerships must be built on integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to performance and safety,” said Mr Rubani.
PT Dahana also launched e-PIC (e-Procurement & Invoice Center) as a concrete step towards digital transformation in the procurement and invoice management process. This system is designed to elevate transparency, efficiency, and accuracy in the procurement process at PT Dahana.

Apart from that, Vendor Day 2026 featured an awards ceremony for strategic partners in goods and/or services procurement, reflecting the Company’s appreciation for their performance, commitment to safety and compliance standards, and tangible contributions to supporting operational success and achieving company targets.
The event also included a signing ceremony for a commitment letter, demonstrating the vendors’ commitment to carrying out the procurement process reliably and with quality, in accordance with GCG principles and in accordance with PT Dahana’s applicable management system standards.
Through Vendor Day 2026, PT Dahana affirmed its commitment to building professional, accountable, and sustainable partnerships, in line with the transformation and strengthening of corporate governance.
